- Exchange policy:

  • It will be implemented within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order, or 10 days if the order was outside Riyadh.
  • The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if he wants to replace the product and deliver the product to the shipping company (within Saudi Arabia).

  • The return request will be canceled if the delivery representative does not respond to the call for more than 3 attempts.
  • Once the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the purchase within a period of 7 to 14 working days according to the policy of the source of purchase.
  • In the event of cancellation before the order is delivered to the shipping company, the amount will be refunded in full, but if the shipment is canceled after the order is executed, only the value of the product will be refunded and the value of the shipment will be deducted.
  • The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to return the product and deliver the product to the shipping company (within Saudi Arabia).
